People who promote apps on devices for helping ADHD probably don’t suffer from ADHD or they micromanage someone with it there for thinking it works. I can be setting a timer next thing I’m 2 hours later( I’ve checked emails,stores for sales, played a brain game etc.) where an old fashion timer would be better. I try to avoid my devices because they are actually not a great tool. I laughed regarding the app portion only because the reality of all those apps and someone with ADHD, we will get sidetracked. You pointed out what most of people with ADHD already know, I wish you had gone deeper in how to actually overcome some of the obstacles. I was disappointed because you started off with a good idea however you really didn’t touch the ways to help.
